Enter your Official Entry Code to see if you are a potential winner. Enter each day during the Promotion Period by using the same e-mail account used at the time of initial registration and an Official Entry Code. Official Entry Codes may be used multiple times, but only once per person per day as set forth in these full Official Rules. If you need a new Official Entry Code, a mechanism for requesting free codes is available on the Web site. The Official Entry Codes are not used to determine winners. The time of day when you play the Game during the Promotion Period, as recorded by the Web site technology, will solely determine whether or not you are a potential winner. If multiple entries are received at exactly the same time, the Web site technology will assign each a different, next available, unused time. If you are a potential winner of any prize (subject to verification) you will be notified by e-mail within forty-eight (48) hours from time of game play. You are not a winner of any prize unless and until your eligibility is confirmed. In case of a dispute over an online entrant's identity, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Limit one (1) game play per person, per e-mail address, per day, subject to the "Limited Second Chance Drawing" as described below. By participating in the Game, participants accept and agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. 2. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and three (3) guests to Honolulu, Hawaii. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for Grand Prize winner and guests from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to destination and 4-night hotel accommodations (hotel selection is at sole discretion of Sponsor; standard room, quad-occupancy accommodations). Grand Prize also includes one (1) Wii™ home video game system, one (1) NAMCO BANDAI "Active Life™: Extreme Challenge" videogame for the Wii home video game system (includes one (1) game and one (1) floor mat video game controller), and one (1) destination adventure activity while in Hawaii (selected by Sponsor and subject to change). Any expenses, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, taxes, and gratuities not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her guests. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and must be able to travel within one (1) year of acceptance of the prize. If Grand Prize winner and his/her guests cannot travel within specified timeline, prize will be forfeited and Grand Prize will be awarded in the Limited Second Chance Drawing (as defined in Section 3 below). In the event the Grand Prize winner or any guest is a minor, such winner or guest(s) must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. A minor will not be permitted to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian. All travel is subject to airline and hotel availability and blackout dates. Other restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions will be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of travel as required by travel authorities. No changes will be made to travel details or itinerary once any portion of the travel arrangement has been made. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Promotion Partners (defined below). Sponsor and Promotion Partners make no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize and are not responsible for flight cancellation or postponement or for cancellation or changes in the schedule of any other element of the Grand Prize. If any activity or tour is delayed, cancelled or postponed for any reason, that portion of the Grand Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution or cash difference will be provided except in Sponsor's sole discretion. All taxes, fees, and expenses in conjunction with airline tickets are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions. Travel must originate and terminate at the same airport. Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure date. The cash equivalent of any portion of the Grand Prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $5,509.99). Actual Retail Value may vary depending upon city of departure. Any difference in Approximate Retail Value and Actual Retail Value of prize will not be awarded. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be awarded. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law.

FIRST PRIZES (5): Five (5) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) Wii home video game system and one (1) NAMCO BANDAI "Active Life™: Extreme Challenge" videogame for the Wii home video game system (includes one (1) game and one (1) floor mat video game controller). (ARV of each First Prize: $309.99). (ARV of all First Prizes: $1,549.95).

SECOND PRIZES (15): Fifteen (15) Second Prize winners will each receive one (1) NAMCO BANDAI "Active Life™: Extreme Challenge" videogame for the Wii home video game system (includes one (1) game and one (1) floor mat video game controller). (ARV of each Second Prize: $59.99). (ARV of all Second Prizes: $899.85).

Odds of winning any prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. Any prizes won will be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period and following winner validation. No cash substitutions allowed. No transfer or assignment of any prize or part thereof is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prizes. All taxes are sole responsibility of each winner. (Total ARV of all Prizes: $7,959.79).

3. LIMITED SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: In the event that there are unawarded prizes after the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period that were not verified as winners (the "Limited Second Chance Drawing"). All registered eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Limited Second Chance Drawing regardless of the number of times the entrant entered. The Limited Second Chance Drawing (if any) will be held on or about February 26, 2010. The odds of winning any available prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received for this drawing, as well as the number, if any, of unclaimed or unawarded prizes. Potential winners will be notified at the address listed on the online registration form. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Please allow four (4) weeks for delivery of the prizes upon winner validation. In the event Grand Prize is awarded pursuant to this section, if Grand Prize winner and his/her guests cannot travel within specified timeline, prize will be forfeited and alternate winner will be randomly selected.

4. SPECIAL GAME LIMITATION: Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that e-mail address becoming ineligible and Sponsor may prosecute or seek other legal redress against anyone suspected of engaging in these acts. Nestlé Waters North America Inc. ("Sponsor"), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the Game without notice or liability if Web site becomes infected with a virus, or is technically corrupt, or if the Game otherwise cannot operate as planned. Sponsor, NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc., Mia Brown & Co., LLC D/B/A MBC Promotions, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company and agencies (collectively the "Promotion Partners") assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Game. The Sponsor and the Promotion Partners and their respective agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed by computer/telephone transmissions or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Game, or by any human or other errors that may occur in connection with this Game. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Game-related materials. If any of the foregoing malfunctions, errors or defects render the Game incapable of operating as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the Game without notice if the Web site becomes compromised in any way. In the event Sponsor does so, Sponsor shall post notice thereof on the Web site. In the event the Game is terminated prematurely, all eligible entries received prior to termination will be eligible for the prize drawing. Under no circumstances will more prizes than those set forth in these full Official Rules be awarded. If a technical error or the like occurs that results in more potential winners than available prizes for a particular prize level, Sponsor may elect to hold a random drawing from all eligible claims received to award the indicated number of prizes for the level of prize in dispute.

Employees of Sponsor, the Promotion Partners and their respective agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and Travel Release. Guests of the Grand Prize winner will each be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Guest Release Form. First and Second Prizewinners will each be required to complete an Address Confirmation Letter. Documents must be returned within five (5) days of receipt or the prizewinner will be disqualified and, if feasible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. For guests of the Grand Prize winner, documents must be returned with the Grand Prize winner's documentation. If any prizewinner is a minor in the legal jurisdiction in which they reside, that winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to execute all required documents on said minor's behalf. If Grand Prize winner is a minor in the legal jurisdiction in which he/she resides, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to be one (1) of the travel companions on the trip.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, All entrants by entering agree that (a) Sponsor and each of the Promotion Partners and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, agents, employees of each and all others associated with the development, administration, execution, fulfillment or advertising/promotion of this Game, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Game and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages or loss; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.

7. GOVERNING LAW: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these full Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Game, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Greenwich, CT.
